I-Guru can help you develop a uniquely personal yoga practice to support your hectic lifestyle, aid recovery through restorative and therapeutic yoga techniques or strengthen t and balance, complimenting your weekly sports or training regime.If you need yoga, for recovery, rehabilitation or convenience in the privacy of your home day or night.

ALL PEOPLE

We work with sports teams, professional athletes, community groups and schools. We come to you working to your schedule, in your space. Home, gym, sports hall, office or hotel. During the summer months we can host your sessions outside, on a rooftop, a local park or your stadium. Wherever you decide to practice, all you need is us and your mat.

At I-Guru, we believe healing starts with understanding the body’s response to stress and trauma. Our trauma-informed yoga approach is rooted in science and mindfulness, creating a safe, supportive space for self-regulation, resilience, and recovery. Through gentle movement, breathwork, and choice-based practices, we empower you to reconnect with your body, release stored tension, and restore balance. He encourages men to embrace the path of the peaceful warrior and women to awaken the fearless strength that already exists within them. He understands the challenge of balancing family, work, and personal well-being and the importance of finding harmony amidst it all.

This belief led him to create I-GURU LIFE YOGA and VE The Plant Food Kitchen Diner, bringing clarity and balance to people wherever they are at home, at work, or in life.

Based in London, Ray is a fully qualified yoga teacher with over a decade of experience in yoga and well-being. His expertise spans Hatha, Yin, and trauma-informed yoga, as well as men’s facilitation training and Thai yoga massage. His approach blends classical postures, meditation, and breathwork into intuitive, heart-centered practices that energize, strengthen, release, and restore—whether in a class, a private session, or a group setting.
